1. Are on-site weigh-ins during TOT canceled?
a. Yes, you must submit your weight via your google drive folder by 9AM the morning of TOT. A scale will not be available on the premises.
2. How will groups be determined?
a. Groups based on the participant’s body measurements and physical conditioning.
3. How long does the workout last?
a. Everyone will be required to leave the premises by 8:30.
4. What does Saturday TOT consist of?
a. TOT consists of a video, body measurements, and body fat measurement.
